I needed the tile floor in my kitchen cleaned. Over the years the grout went from beige to black. I found Rudy on facebook and contacted him. He responded right away and gave me a great guote for his service. Rudy came right on time. He, was extremely friendly and professional. He got right to work and when he finished my tile floors looked like new. I would definitely recommend Rudy if you need your tile cleaned. He also cleans rugs and upholstery. Saw Perfect's ad on FB. Texted and within minutes received response from owner Rudy. I sent picture of bathroom tiled floor. He immediately saw a difference on where I had used peroxide to clean. He could clean and seal along with my 2 area rugs. Gave me a quote and and appointment was made. That easy. Texted me that he was on his way. Great communicator. Arrived, dressed nicely and professional. He's a Celtic fan so we had lots of chatter. The rugs are amazing, bought at TJX & Homegoods. Was thinking of throwing out but Rudy gave them new life. Cleaned my sectional couch including minor pet stains. Rudy was communicative, timely, friendly and professional. Not the cheapest price but quality of the clean was excellent. Would use them again.

Had an amazing experience dealing with Rudy. He was extremely responsive to my inquiries, flexible with scheduling and overall very pleasant to deal with. I have two small dogs, including one puppy who is in the process of potty training. Rudy cleaned 3 of our rugs quickly and efficiently (not to mention we live on the 3rd floor of a brownstone). Our dog had an accident on our area carpet. The material was not very easy to work with, but Rudy did an amazing job getting the spot out! He was very professional and friendly. We will definitely reach back out for future needs.
